My ideas are particularly inspired by the whimsical forms and colors of the surrealist movement. I also base some of my current work on my growing fascination with the sciences, particularly astronomy, as well as short stories, paranormal phenomenon, fear, and deceit. Stylistically, I try to merge the realms of contemporary art with the common promotional renditions of video game illustrations. I allow the viewer and myself to form any explanation for the connection that is revealed between us and my work.
