The Arts Council of Johnson County enhances the quality of life in Johnson County by strengthening the arts.
 

More than just an advocate for the arts, the Arts Council of Johnson County believes that our communities are built on creativity. The arts are integral to who we are; strengthening us as individuals and as a county. We exist to bring attention and resources to the vibrant, creative culture of our region and to create and sustain a thriving, connected community. 

ArtsKC’s programs and services are designed to “advance lives through the arts.” This includes programs for the arts community and those engaged with the arts in the local Kansas City area.

Mission:  To enrich the cultural and economic vibrancy of the community by creating a place where artists and creative industries can work and prosper in an affordable, sustainable and inclusive environment.

The Kansas Arts Commission (KAC) is dedicated to promoting, supporting and expanding Kansas’ creative industries and enriching communities through arts and culture.

We offer a range of programs and services to support cultural programming across Kansas and enhance the role the arts play in all levels of education, community service, workforce development and quality of life in our state.

The Kansas City Artists Coalition (KCAC or Artists Coalition) is an artist-centered, artist-run alternative organization that presents a variety of exhibitions of contemporary artists’ work in its Main Gallery and the Snap Space Gallery.
