State of the Arts 2026 | Artists Reception & Awards Presentation
State of The Arts 2026 is the Prairie Village Arts Council's 20th annual juried competition. Our Artists' Reception and Awards Presentation is an extended evening celebrating our invited artists with heavy hor d'oeuvres and beverages with a short talk by our juror and presentation of cash prizes.

𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 | 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
The R.G. Endres Gallery, in Prairie Village City Hall, fills every year for this event, and this year's 20th Anniversary edition is likely to be the biggest ever, with 𝟮𝗗, 𝟯𝗗, 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆/𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲 artworks juried in from the area's finest artists.
The show will open September 14th for People’s Choice Voting and with this reception on September 16th. The show will run through November 13th.
