State of The Arts 2023 is the Prairie Village Arts Council's 17th annual juried competition for all 2D and 3D artworks (excluding photography) held every Fall. The Exhibition runs during the months of September & October.

Our Juror:
Susana Bruhn Susana Bruhn has worked for the Kansas City Art Institute and Hallmark, She is currently Executive Director of GUILDit, an organization that provides business programs for artists. Susana has a BFA in Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking, plus an MS in Education from Iowa Site University. Her work has been seen at various Kansas City Area galleries and businesses, is in private collections, and was featured on ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
