State of the Arts, started in 2007, is one of two of PVAC's annual juried arts exhibitions and the longest running. Works include all 2D and 3D media except photography. The show is typically open weekdays during the months of September and October except on federal holidays from 8am - 5pm with an artist’s reception the 2nd Wednesday in September, from 7pm - 8:30pm.
